Anemone 'Bicolour Red-white'

Anemone 'Bicolour Red-White' is a striking and vibrant spring anemone that blooms from March with open, poppy-like flowers in a dramatic color combination. The petals are bright carmine red with a pure white ring around the dark center, creating a bold contrast and an almost graphic appearance.

The flower has a simple, elegant shape with silky-soft petals surrounding a black-violet center with dark blue stamens. The plant grows to about 25–30 cm tall and features the characteristic finely divided foliage, forming a light and airy green foundation. 'Bicolour Red-White' is perfect for both containers and borders, where it adds energy, depth, and vivid color play to the spring garden. They can be planted in both spring and autumn, but they are sensitive to frost. We therefore recommend overwintering them in a frost-free greenhouse or covering them well with spruce branches or garden fleece when frost is expected.
