Dahlia 'Preference'

This dahlia ‘Preference’ is a true salmon-coloured beauty that is loved by most. It was first registered in 1955, making it one of the older dahlia types. Dahlia ‘Preference’ is a cactus type dahlia and the flower head grows to about 10-15 cm. The plant typically reaches a height of 80-100 cm and is suitable for both planting in flowerbeds and larger pots. Enjoy it as a cut flower, where it will last a long time in a vase and bring summer into the living room. Dahlia thrives best in a sunny spot. Plant with 40-50 cm between each tuber in nutrient-rich and well-drained soil.
