Dahlia 'Wizard of Oz'

Each Dahlia ‘Wizard of Oz’ flower is made up of layers of silky, inward-curved petals that form an almost perfect sphere. Delicate pink pompom flowers shoot out, one after the other, with many coming out at once! The flower head grows to 5-7 cm and the height of the plant is around 80 cm.

The sturdy stems provide excellent support and give this delicate dahlia its iconic bobbing sway in the wind. The delicate pink colour of Dahlia ‘Wizard of Oz’ makes it easy to mix with other plants - and especially other dahlias - and it looks particularly good with flowers in other pastel shades, as well as white and green. Try mixing them with strong pinks and purples too.
