Botanical Tulip 'Peppermintstick'

'Tulip 'Peppermintstick'' is an elegant and striking botanical tulip that blooms in April with slender, star-shaped flowers in a beautiful two-tone combination. On the outside, the petals are deep carmine red with white edges, while the inside is pure white with a pale yellow base – like a little spring glimpse in peppermint colours. When the flowers open in sunlight, they reveal the vibrant contrast of colours, while in shade they remain closed, appearing as coloured spires.

The plant reaches about 20–25 cm in height, with narrow, blue-green foliage and a graceful, upright growth habit. 'Peppermintstick' is well suited for rock gardens, containers, or naturalising, where its light appearance and vivid colours add a fresh and lively touch to the spring garden. A botanical tulip with both character and elegance – small in size, but big in presence.
