Tulip 'Ballerina'

Tulip 'Ballerina' is like a dance – a delicate, vibrant performance in the spring garden, where the petals unfold like a ballerina’s tulle skirt, graceful and full of movement. Introduced in 1980, this lily-flowered beauty glows in a bright orange hue with subtle raspberry-pink accents near the base of the petals – a refined colour play that warmly captures the light of spring.

Tall, slender, and strong stems, typically around 50–60 cm, lift the reflective, pointed blooms like little stars spinning in the wind – a fragrant and dynamic addition to the late spring bloom.

Tulip 'Ballerina' flowers in May and June, just as many other tulips begin to fade, and continues its graceful presence week after week. Its sturdy stems withstand the elements, allowing it to shine elegantly in generous beds or vases, always bringing striking character and a sweet scent.
