Crocus 'Dorothy'

Botanical crocus 'Dorothy' is an early and cheerful harbinger of spring, flowering in February–March with radiant golden-yellow blooms. Each flower has a wide, open cup with gently rounded petals and a warm, almost amber glow that brightens even the greyest spring days. The center is adorned with orange stamens, adding a beautiful, warm contrast and attracting the garden's first pollinators.

'Dorothy' grows to about 10–12 cm in height and is ideal for naturalising in lawns, under shrubs, or at the front of perennial borders. A lively and charming little crocus that brings colour and energy just as winter begins to loosen its grip.
